Redwood 1's 3,750 acres, located in the coastal mountain range between Mendocino's Anderson Valley and the coastal town of Elk, presents the rare opportunity to invest in a substantial, productive and sustainable native tree farm. Besides a sustainable timber operation, Redwood could also be a candidate for carbon credit banking though market data seems to point to sustainable harvesting to be the more viable choice. Furthermore, multiple Legal Parcels for conservation easement & TPZ for low tax.
