Mark and I are friends first. In 2011 I became aware of a buying opportunity for a fixer-upper in Novato, Ca. The price was right so I began to formulate a plan. How am I going to get this piece of property? Well, as it turned out having a friend to turn to for guidance, knowledge and reassurance sure made the experience easier. Buying property is complicated and having an excellent agent like Mark is mandatory. Mark made it easy and offered excellent guidance through all aspects of the purchase. Mark's common sense probably saved the deal when I considered making too low an offer. I got the house for the right price and am extremely happy with the investment.

I highly recommend Marc Chappell. Marc is a great listener and really cares. He knows Novato and never makes you feel like you are imposing even when I asked him to show me homes late in the evening or on a moment's notice. He is always gracious and knowledgeable! Over the past several years Marc has shown me both homes for sale as well as researched condos in my price range that I have seriously considered. He also arranged for me to speak with an educated professional mortgage broker who was able to give me a realistic loan amount for me to work with. Marc is always on time, dependable and is great about checking in to see where my family is at and if it's time for us to move. We have not purchased a home yet, but at some point hope to, and Marc will be the first person I call.

Marc is a great realtor! He helped my family and I got a great place within our budget. He was very patient with us even though at times we could be a handful and challenging to please. He took us to see many properties and would discuss each one with us. He always allowed us the time to make a sound decision ourselves without projecting much of his opinions in it unless we asked for them. He advised us as objectively as possible and find us properties to see that would meet all our needs as much as possible which is tough to do in this scarce market. We highly recommend him!
